Comic Review: Great Pacific Volume 1 Trashed

Great Pacific Volume 1 Trashed

Great Pacific Volume 1 Trashed

Is it possible to start your own sovereign country and if you could, would the world let you. Written by Joe Harris (Bishop-The Last X-Man, Slingers) and illustrated by Martin Morazzo, Image’s newest comic wonders that too.

Chas Worthington is an intelligent oil heir who’s goal, among many, is to create a technology that helps to better the world. Sick of the corrupt people around him he does something drastic. He starts his own country in the middle of the ocean on a flotilla of garbage bigger than the size of Texas. Starting your own country has it’s own inherent problems. One of them being all the people that will try to stop you.
Quick moving storyline with characters and problems popping up quite frequently. A lot of unexpected things happen that you would not guess. Artwork fits well with the wide open spaces of the ocean. Give it a try if you’re looking for something a bit different.
