Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe

Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe

Has Deadpool finally lost his mind or are the voices in his head finally talking some sense. In this Marvel mini-series written by Cullen Bunn (The Sixth Gun) and illustrated by Dalibor Talajic (Deadworld, Hit-Monkey), Deadpool goes on an unparalleled killing spree.

Deadpool has always been a bit on the unstable side and so would you if you had voices talking to you. In an effort to help him get better the X-men have brought Deadpool to the Ravencroft asylum. The treatment is suppose to help him get ride of the voices in his head and they are successful. But, once the voices disappear, a new singular voice arises and it wants only one thing–for Deadpool to kill the Marvel universe.

A unexpectedly more serious and dark toned Deadpool comic. In it even he begins to question his own sanity. As you would expect it’s stocked full of gruesume and inventive deaths. It does take some special effort for some of these guys to die due to their superpowers. Great mini series that continues in Deadpool Killustrated.

Deadpool Merc With A Mouth Head Trip

Deadpool Merc With A Mouth Head Trip

A Deadpool comic that is filled with A.I.M., Hydra, multiple Deadpools and alternate dimensions–what could go wrong? This fun series from Marvel is written by Victor Gischler (The Shadow, X-Men) and illustrated by Bong Dazo (Avengers: The Initiative, War Of Kings).

Deadpool is once again out on a job when he crash lands into the Savage Lands. His mission is to retrieve a biological weapon for the scientists at A.I.M. before Hydra can get their hands on it. About to venture out, he finds a statue of himself and is praised as a God. It’s not until his A.I.M. contact arrives that he finds out that the statue wasn’t made for him. It was made for the decapitated head of Zombie Deadpool. Coincidentally that is the item he was sent to retrieve.

Another great Deadpool series that is full of the usual Deadpooly goodness. There are the vocies in his head, the interactions between Marvel characters and of course the beautiful women who never show him any love. Merc with a mouth is especially good thanks to the multiple versions of himself. If you enjoyed this be sure to check out the series that follows it, Deadpool Corps.

Deadpool Killustrated

Deadpool is out to kill everyone and to do that he needs to kill the classics. In Marvel’s latest Deadpool mini-series written by Cullen Bunn (Venom, The Sixth Gun) and illustrated by Matteo Lolli (Marvel Adventures Spider-Man, X-Termination), Deadpool kills the literary world.

Having killed all the marvel universe (and parallel universes), Deadpool is still alive. Using the brains of some of the smartest villains, he creates a portal to certain other worlds. They are the worlds where classical literature exists. If he can kill all the classics maybe finally he can get some rest, by bringing about the end of existence.

Picks up where Deadpool Vs. Marvel Universe left off. After a bunch of explaining about why he needs to kill the classics it kicks off. Much more funny and not as serious as the previous mini-series. Definitely pick this up if you want to see where the story is headed.
