Hitman A Rage In Arkham

Hitman A Rage In Arkham

An ex-military operative turned hit man, runs into something strange during a hit. A cult classic from DC Comics written by Garth Ennis (Preacher, The Boys) and illustrated by John McCrea (The 99, The Monarchy).
An Irish hit man, whose name is Tommy Monaghan, is good for the kill if you got the money. He has never run into any trouble, until one fateful night. While lining up his sights with a sniper rifle, he witnesses a demon sucking the life out of his target. Running for his life, the demon almost kills him but instead imparts some of his powers. Tommy is now endowed with superpowers such as telepathy and X-ray vision. Still a hit man, he sets his sights higher and starts to go after super villains.
It’s interesting to see this comic series from Garth Ennis. Pretty toned down compared to the other stuff he has been putting out. Artwork is a bit dated so it may not appeal to everyone. But put that aside and give it a read, it’s a really fun series.
