Morning Glories Volume 1 For A Better Future

Morning Glories Volume 1 For A Better Future

Very ambitious comic about a school that houses the smartest students from around the world. They have as many secrets as they do students. An Image series written by Nick Spencer (Iron Man 2.0, Ultimate Comics X-Men) and illustrated by Joe Eisma (Cobra, Higher Earth).

Six new students have just come to Morning Glory Academy. From the beginning things do not seem normal. During an orientation there are flashing images of a butchered lame. One of the students becomes emotionally unstable and tries stab one of the new students. Even stranger, when one of them calls home, her father claims not to know or even have a daughter. What is the purpose of this school and why does it need these students?

This series is chalk full of mystery and intrigue. By the end the first issue you will be hooked no doubts about it. I will say this, there are so many twists and turns you should read this series in one go. I put it down for a month and had to re-read from the beginning again.
