Batman Zero Year starts with Issue #21. Part of DC Comics New 52 relaunch, Zero Year is a 11 part story arc that retells the early years of Bruce Wayne leading up to him donning the cowl and cape of Batman.
Unlike, previous origin stories, Zero Year goes deeper into the psyche of Bruce Wayne and also deals more in depth the path leading him to become the Caped Crusader. Fans of the Batman Movie Trilogy by Christopher Nolan will recognize similar elements used to inspire this story arc.
Written by Scott Snyder (American Vampire, The Wake) and artist Greg Capullo (Spawn, X-force), this is a definite must read for all Bat-fans alike!
